Parent representatives meet with the headteacher about five times a year over a cup of tea or coffee.  They are able to ask questions on behalf of other parents in the class or year group, and can pass on anything that parents would like the school to know. It is also an opportunity for us as a school to provide feedback to parents on some of the decisions that we make.  It is not the forum to raise a concern related to your own child. These concerns should be raised directly with the class teacher or a member of the school leadership team.
